Framatome North America in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Senior Lean and Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across engineering and manufacturing teams. You will lead training, coach A3 projects, and support digital transformation initiatives, including process mapping and HU metrics, while interfacing with the Global OpEx Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of related engineering standards, processes, tools, techniques and criteria.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and connect with operational context.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics.
• Excellent communication with all levels; teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to lead, motivate and effect change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training on quality and continuous improvement methods.
• Facilitate / Coach A3 projects and FMEA initiatives.
• Support Digital Transformation through process mapping and HU metrics.
• Provide reporting on VoC, Excellence System, FMEA, and Master Plan progress.
• Interface with Global OpEx Network.
