Job summary

Vallourec North America is seeking an OpEx Engineer to lead the DRIVE+ Management System deployment and regional Lean initiatives. You will partner with operations leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement projects that raise safety, quality, and productivity across site operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in continuous improvement within industrial settings, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and strong experience with value stream mapping, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5 years in Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing within an industrial setting.
• Strong background in engineering or operations leadership with a solid grasp of process flow and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own assigned elements of the DRIVE+ Management system and ensure governance and training.
• Identify, prioritize and execute projects to improve KPIs across safety, quality, cost and people.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and facilitate value stream mapping, 5S, TPM and Six Sigma concepts.
• Collaborate with finance to validate project justification and ensure business case success.
• Create and maintain detailed process/value stream maps and metrics for key manufacturing processes.
