Framatome in Lynchburg, VA is seeking an OPEX Professional to drive continuous improvement within Installed Base America. You’ll coach teams, lead problem-solving events, and advance digital initiatives using Power BI and a central datalake to unlock faster, smarter operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Strong foundation in Lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and coaching teams.
• Passion for data and digital tools such as Power BI, data lakes, or AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Lean initiatives, A3 problem-solving, 8D resolution, and VoC programs.
• Facilitate Lean workshops (VSM, 5S, Process Mapping) and real-time improvement meetings.
• Deliver training on Lean tools and quality systems.
• Champion Power BI dashboards and data analytics with the US Datalake and AI agents.
• Support Master Plan development and report on VoC, quality metrics, and A3 status.
• Collaborate with global OpEx network to share best practices.
