Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Denver to provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-volume, multi-shift distribution center. You will ensure timely product receipt, accurate order fulfillment, and resource optimization within budget.

You will drive LEAN initiatives, lead staffing strategies, and develop managers to maximize productivity, safety, quality, and customer service across the DC network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on LEAN expertise at the management level.
• Experience leading performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ability to develop staffing strategies and lead change across a large team.
• Proven leadership, cross-functional relation-building, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s LEAN and performance-improvement initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Supervisors and team members to maintain staffing levels.
• Develop staffing strategies to ensure flexible workforce and throughput across shifts.
• Set and monitor productivity, safety, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Communicate work instructions, policies, and process improvements across the DC network.
• Protect and optimize company assets and drive continuous distribution center improvements.
