Job summary

Living Spaces in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume distribution center, directing order receipt, fulfillment, and shipping with Lean practices. You will recruit and develop Supervisors and teams, implement staffing strategies, mentor managers, and drive performance metrics for productivity, safety, quality, and customer service while managing assets and budget.

This role requires 5+ years of LEAN leadership in distribution and proven continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience applying LEAN methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
