The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in a warehouse supervisor or DC role; proficiency in MS Office and WMS is preferred, with AX knowledge a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience in warehouse supervision or distribution center role.
• Proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of WMS; AX knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting for the distribution center with KPIs.
• Set daily/weekly goals with department managers and ensure execution.
• Oversee day-to-day activity, planning, flow and resource prioritization.
• Lead process improvements across shifts to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.
• Build business relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure operations comply with OSHA standards.
• Coach and motivate team members to maximize production performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain safety culture.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse area and meet productivity standards.
