WAGNER in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Lean Coordinator to support the Production Director and Supervisors in continuously improving production systems to meet demand while prioritizing customer excellence and employee safety.

You will collaborate with floor teams to implement lean initiatives, track progress with A3s and KPIs, and help transform shop and assembly lines into standardized, efficient processes. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three years manufacturing or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Support lean initiatives and demand-driven continuous flow, track progress with KPIs and A3s.
• Assist supervisors and manufacturing engineers to execute shop/production line transformations.
• Develop and sustain standard operating procedures including standard work (PWI) deployments.
