Wagner Spraytech Scandinavia A/S is seeking a Supervisor for CNC Manufacturing in Plymouth, MN. The role leads a CNC team, drives safety, quality, and cost targets, and collaborates on new product design for manufacturability.

Requires 10+ years in CNC manufacturing, 3+ years in supervision, and strong knowledge of lean methods, 6S, and SAP/ERP. This full-time position offers competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or CNC manufacturing/tool making, or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years of progressive CNC manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of supervision in CNC environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC manufacturing technology, tooling, programming, 6S, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CNC-Manufacturing daily operations regarding time, cost, and quality.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to staff with regular feedback.
• Ensure safety compliance and address hazards with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain product conformance through standard work and equipment performance.
• Develop and track CNC department KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
