Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3–5 years of experience operating bending equipment.
• Strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of production team to meet safety, quality and production standards.
• Set daily production plan by scheduling personnel within the work center.
• Operate and set up machines; inspect first runs against specifications.
• Train and coach team members to improve quality and output; maintain training records.
