Wagner is seeking a Supervisor, CNC Manufacturing in Plymouth, MN to lead a high‑performance CNC team. You will oversee daily operations, guide staff, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate on new product introductions for cost‑efficient production.

The role requires 10+ years in CNC manufacturing, 3+ years of supervision, and strong knowledge of CNC technologies, tooling, SAP/ERP, and Lean/6S practices. On‑site work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or CNC manufacturing/tool making degree or equivalent years of work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of progressive work experience within a CNC manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of supervision leading a CNC environment.
• Strong working knowledge of CNC Manufacturing Technology, tooling, programming, 6S, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Oversees and directs the daily business regarding time, cost, and quality within CNC-Manufacturing.
• Provides guidance, mentoring and leadership to new and existing staff within the department of CNC-Manufacturing.
• Interview candidates, complete performance reviews, and address performance improvement issues as required.
• Accountable for compliance with safety rules and regulations and for corrective action concerning hazards.
• Maintains product conformance to specifications by assuring standard work is followed.
• Facilitates daily Tier process to drive targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Responsible for production order planning and control, capacity utilization and deadlines.
• Manages stock levels and master data, and works with SAP workflows.
• Develops, implements, and tracks KPI’s for the CNC manufacturing department.
