You will lead Kaizen events, develop Lean processes, and work cross-functionally to reduce waste, improve quality, and cut costs. A strong background in TPS/Lean, DM, VSM, and project leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Lean skills and problem solving.
• Experience driving continuous improvements and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams to identify waste and implement action plans.
• Lead cross-functional Lean projects and Kaizen events.
• Use data-driven methods for decision making and problem solving.
• Develop and deploy Lean tools and training across the site.
• Document processes and financial impact of CI actions.
