Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean initiatives on the production floor. You will lead Kaizen events, develop CI plans with Plant Leadership, and mentor teams to sustain improvements across safety, quality, and productivity.

You will analyze production data, manage cost-saving projects, and ensure RMS implementation aligns with plant objectives. Strong leadership and GMP/SQF knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving cultural and operational improvements.
• Experience implementing Lean methodologies on the factory floor.
• Strong problem-solving and Kaizen facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of GMP/SQF and food safety is a plus.
• Willing to adjust shifts to production needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Kaizen events to drive safety and efficiency.
• Develop and sustain CI plans aligned with plant strategy.
• Mentor teams in 8 Wastes, Standard Work, SMED, 5S and Centerlining.
• Track cost savings and project sustainability with KPIs.
• Analyze P&L data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement and sustain RMS across the plant and ensure alignment.
