Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a CI Manager to drive sustainable process improvements across the Virginia facility. You will lead Kaizen events, coach facilitators, and collaborate with plant leadership to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost while building a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Lean skills, and experience in center lining, SMED, and P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Operations is required or recommended.
• 2+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement leadership in manufacturing.
• 2+ years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; food/beverage a plus.
• Six Sigma background is preferred.
• Experience with center lining and SMED is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, facilitates, and coaches full week Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvements.
• Coach Point Kaizen facilitators through prework, the event, and sustainment.
• Develop and execute improvement action plans and drive cost savings across the site.
