Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager II to drive lean initiatives at the plant level, partnering with corporate CI and maintenance teams. You’ll lead Kaizen events, coach staff in CI tools, and sustain the RMS to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

You will manage a rolling project pipeline, report on cost savings, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed a culture of continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Operations.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement required.
• Strong leadership in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach Kaizen events to drive improvements on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Mentor teams in CI tools like 5S, SMED, 8 Wastes, and Centerlining.
• Maintain a rolling 12-month pipeline of productivity initiatives.
• Track cost savings and project sustainability with KPI reporting.
• Implement and sustain Refresco Management System (RMS).
