Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a CI Coordinator to drive continuous improvement within the plant, coordinating lean initiatives and capital projects. You will collect data, analyze performance, and lead cross-functional teams to implement durable process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in manufacturing CI/engineering, familiarity with DMAIC, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Some Kaizen coaching and SOP development experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting CI, engineering, or production improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with project coordination or technical documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of improvement and capital projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data related to efficiency, downtime, waste, and quality to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) initiatives to drive structured problem-solving.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS) to align activities and resolve issues affecting timelines.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work practices to ensure process consistency.
