Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI initiatives at our manufacturing plant. You will partner with the Plant Leadership team to deploy Lean strategies, drive Kaizen events, and mentor staff on SMED, 5S, and standard work on the production floor.

This role focuses on safety, quality, cost savings, and performance metrics, requiring hands-on leadership and strong data-driven decision making. Travel rarely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business or Operations.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement required.
• Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced production environment required.
• Previous experience in the food/beverage manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety policies, GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Lead, facilitate, and coach Kaizen events to drive improvements.
• Mentor employees in CI tools to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track cost savings, project status, and KPI performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align CI initiatives with plant goals.
