Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a CI Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale while driving cultural change through hands-on leadership and Lean practices.

The successful candidate will coach Kaizen events, leverage SAP tools, and collaborate with plant leadership to develop roadmaps and action plans that improve throughput and reduce waste.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but work equivalent experience will be accepted.
• 2–3 years' experience in Continuous Improvement.
• 1–2 years' in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP.

Aufgaben

• Leads, facilitates, and coaches full week Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvements.
• Coaches Point Kaizen facilitators through prework, the event, and sustainment.
• Develops and executes improvement action plans; drivesCenter lining, SMED, and other heatmap-driven improvements.
• Builds an employee-engaged work environment; provides and teaches CI tools to CI and Non-CI employees.
• Tracks and analyzes CI initiatives; drives site cost savings to meet targets.
• Works with SAP to understand plant needs and drives Lean change across sites.
