Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean initiatives across our Oklahoma manufacturing plant.

You will lead Kaizen events, mentor staff on CI tools, and partner with Plant Leadership to deploy RM S and sustain cost savings while maintaining food safety and GMP compliance. You will spend substantial time on the plant floor, coaching teams to reduce waste, improve yield, and increase direct labor efficiency, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Operations.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement required.
• Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience in the food/beverage manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Ensure food quality and safety per SQF and corporate standards.
• Develop and support improvement plans with Plant Leadership and Sr. Regional OPEX Manager.
• Lead Kaizen events to drive improvements in safety, quality, labor efficiency, yield, and indirect labor.
• Mentor employees in CI tools (8 Wastes, Standard Work, SMED, 5S, Centerlining).
• Maintain a rolling 12-month pipeline of productivity initiatives.
• Facilitate planning meetings to validate cost savings and status.
• Track cost savings, sustainability, and engagement.
• Analyze plant financials to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead implementation of Refresco Management System (RMS).
• Identify and execute process improvements to increase output.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Promote Best Practice Sharing to drive excellence.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure plant performance.
• Partner to enhance workplace safety and reduce waste.
