Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division seeks a CI Manager for the Troy, IL site, onsite with relocation within the United States. The role leads lean transformation, drives operational excellence, and deploys EBS tools across the organization to enable sustained improvements.

Responsibilities include steering OPEX roadmaps, facilitating BOS meetings, overseeing Kaizens and 5S initiatives, and coaching teams to achieve KPI targets and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations and/or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• This role requires relocation within the United States; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational Excellence (OPEX) strategic vision and roadmaps for the Troy, IL facility.
• Provide expertise for Eaton Business System (EBS) tools and training including OpA and EBS assessments.
• Lead and facilitate BOS meetings to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Drive cost-out accountability aligned with the site's Profit Plan objectives.
• Develop ELSS/CI capability and train local Tool Champions; implement plant-wide training plans.
