Eaton is looking for a CI Manager to lead the Troy, IL facility's lean transformation and drive continuous improvement. You will coach teams, deploy EBS tools, and manage the OpA program to meet the site Profit Plan.

Relocation within the United States is provided. The role emphasizes problem solving, leadership of maintenance and production teams, and a culture of safety and accountability at the site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement.
• No immigration sponsorship for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Troy, IL facility's Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Provide expertise for EBS tools and training.
• Facilitate BOS meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive cost-out accountability aligned to Profit Plan.
• Develop ELSS/CI capability and plant-wide training plan.
• Ensure safety culture and maintain productivity metrics.
