Job summary

Eaton’s PDRD division seeks a Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence Manager to lead the CI strategy across multiple sites, accelerating operational excellence and margin expansion. You will drive ECIS/ELSS maturity, value-stream roadmaps, and a culture of daily problem solving with site leaders.

Partnering with the Ops Director and Plant Managers, you will embed CI governance, develop a strong talent pipeline, coach leaders, and ensure rigorous deployment and sustainment of improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years leading Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma programs and related disciplines.
• Business Travel required up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own divisional CI strategy across all sites to improve safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Develop and deploy CI plans, standard OS and governance across PDRD sites.
• Coach leaders in A3 problem solving, daily accountability and leader standard work.
• Release annual self‑assessments and translate gaps into site plans.
• Build capability by developing CI talent and supporting certification programs.
