Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Columbia, PA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead Lean initiatives across the site and partner with operations to improve safety, quality and delivery.

You will facilitate Kaizen events, map value streams, and implement standard work and 5S. Collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain will be essential, and you will track KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in a manufacturing environment with CI exposure.
• Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into improvements.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic statistics.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities through data collection and observation in plant and office.
• Facilitate and coach Kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with leaders to support improvements in daily management metrics.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs.
• Support corrective and preventive actions from audits or issues.
• Assist with equipment-related improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the CI network to share best practices.
