CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean, CI and process-improvement programs across our manufacturing operations. The Continuous Improvement Leader will own Lean, CI and process-improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality and safety.

The role requires Green Belt certification and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results across multiple manufacturing sites.

Formación

• Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma required; Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years of CI experience in manufacturing with proven project leadership.
• Strong Lean principles and DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, standardized work.
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes (OEE, cycle time, safety).
• Excellent communication and change management; cross-functional leadership.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel) and KPI visualization.
• Travel between manufacturing sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy CI and Lean strategies across sites.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving to deliver improvements.
• Plan and manage CI projects from identification to sustainment.
• Use KPIs to identify opportunities, track progress, report results.
• Facilitate value stream mapping, 5S and kaizen events to reduce waste.
• Create and deliver Lean/CI training, including Green Belt coaching.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
• Manage change with stakeholder alignment and control plans.
