Moeller Aerospace is seeking a passionate Lean Champion to drive continuous improvement across our aerospace manufacturing operations. If you're energized by solving problems and coaching teams on Lean principles, this is your opportunity to help build a world-class manufacturing culture.

You will lead Lean initiatives, partner across functions, and develop employees on structured problem-solving while tracking metrics to shape our improvement roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; aerospace experience preferred.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement expertise.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Willingness to be physically present on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and SMED.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach and develop employees on Lean principles and structured problem-solving.
• Analyze production data, remove bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Track KPIs and shape the site's continuous improvement roadmap.
