Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to provide strategic leadership for Lean transformation across forging, machining, grinding, and thread roll processes.

You will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, drive productivity, and deliver process improvements aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee implementation of Lean, Six-Sigma initiatives, and continuous improvement programs while developing budget and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or industrial technology with 7–10 years manufacturing operations experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean principles and improvements.
• Experience with demand flow principles and Six-Sigma methodology.
• Proven ability to influence senior management across cultures, disciplines and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Lean transformation program and build a high-caliber Continuous Improvement team.
• Implement World Class Lean, quality processes and advanced manufacturing methodologies.
• Drive productivity by improving people, processes and technology across forging, machining, grinding and thread roll.
• Develop and monitor factory processes and related metrics to meet CPI and production goals.
• Collaborate with production, quality and product engineering to deliver improvements.
