You will lead Lean initiatives, partner across functions, and develop employees on structured problem-solving while tracking metrics to shape our improvement roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; aerospace experience preferred.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement expertise.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Willingness to be physically present on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and SMED.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach and develop employees on Lean principles and structured problem-solving.
• Analyze production data, remove bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Track KPIs and shape the site's continuous improvement roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and SMED.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Coach and develop employees at all levels on Lean principles and structured problem-solving.
• Analyze production data, remove bottlenecks, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Track key performance metrics and help shape the site's continuous improvement roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; aerospace experience is a plus
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement expertise
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
• A “no job too small” attitude with a genuine passion for being physically present on the production floor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change-management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work (such as floor taping and moving equipment) throughout the day
