Job summary

York Employment Services, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Lean Champion) for the Aerospace industry to drive Lean initiatives and optimize production. You will design and improve processes, tooling, and fixtures to boost quality and reduce costs.

You'll analyze workflows, collaborate with engineering, sales, suppliers, and vendors, lead 5S, conduct audits for AS9100, train staff, and act as a change agent to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Experience improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality management system.

Responsibilities
