- Proven ability to lead process-improvement initiatives with measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a site-wide continuous improvement strategy.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, value-stream mapping, and structured problem-solving activities.
- Coach leaders and employees in lean principles and waste elimination.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure sustained improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
