Bombardier US Aerostructures seeks a Leader, Continuous Improvement to drive Lean initiatives across our manufacturing sites. You will lead kaizen events, mentor teams, and embed process excellence in daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field and at least two years of continuous improvement or operations experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least two years of continuous improvement or operations management experience.
• Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment.
• Strong collaboration, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and influence development and implementation of Lean practices across the organization.
• Partner with site leadership to implement the Lean Enterprise system.
• Develop and maintain transformation plans, Kaizen events, and mentoring.
• Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Provide coaching on Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
