Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a manufacturing environment.
• BS in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Export-controlled data rules apply to employment.

Responsabilités

• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
• Lead value stream mapping and Kaizen events with teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with resource departments to implement improvements and reduce waste.
• Develop action plans to improve on-time delivery, quality, cost, and safety.
• Perform root-cause analysis and sustain improvements across plants.
• Collaborate with site leadership and operations supervisors.
