Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Cell Leader onsite in North Berwick, ME. You will guide a team in manufacturing jet engine components, applying CORE and LEAN to boost quality, throughput and delivery integrity.

Shift overlap with 2nd shift starts at 3 PM, with occasional off-shift work. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s (or equivalent) with 2+ years in engineering/manufacturing operations or an Associate’s with 4+ years; HS diploma with 6+ years also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in engineering/manufacturing operations or continuous improvement.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years in similar environment.
• High School diploma with 6+ years in similar environment.
