Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in North Berwick, ME. You will lead one or more cells, implement CORE and LEAN initiatives to improve quality, throughput, and delivery, and ensure safe, well-trained operations in jet engine component manufacture and repair.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in manufacturing or an Associate's with 4+ years; high school with 6+ years also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years in engineering/manufacturing operations or related field.
• Equivalent combination: Associate's degree with 4+ years experience.
• High School Diploma with 6+ years experience in engineering/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to one or more business unit cells.
• Apply CORE/LEAN for process improvement.
• Ensure employees are trained and work safely.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and toolbox meetings.
• Set day-to-day goals and communicate organizational objectives.
