Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a Cell Leader - AWW Shift in Wells, ME to lead a team in the manufacture and repair of jet engine components. You will apply CORE and LEAN methods to boost quality, throughput and delivery while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will set daily goals, review performance, and coordinate across shifts to meet production objectives. Requires experience in engineering/manufacturing ops and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of engineering/manufacturing/continuous improvement experience.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in engineering/manufacturing/continuous improvement.
• High School diploma/GED with 6+ years of related experience in engineering/manufacturing/continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more cells using CORE/LEAN to improve quality, throughput and delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a multi-skilled team manufacturing and repairing jet engine components.
• Conduct training, toolbox talks and ensure safe, compliant operations.
