Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Cell Leader to guide one or more cells using CORE and LEAN methods to boost quality, throughput, and delivery. The role involves leading multi-skilled teams in jet engine component manufacture and repair, with safety and training at the forefront.

This onsite position requires facilitating performance reviews, shifting alignment across three shifts, and ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation & coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of new product/process technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to one or more Cell teams applying CORE, LEAN and CI techniques to improve quality, throughput and delivery.
• Lead multi-skilled team engaged in manufacture and repair of jet engine components.
• Ensure employees are trained and work safely and in an environmentally sound manner.
• Communicate effectively, conduct performance reviews, and align with organizational goals.
• Bridge business objectives across three operating shifts.
• Support FAA policies and government contracting obligations.
• Set daily goals and modify systems to improve work area effectiveness.
