Sulzer is seeking a Lead Project Expert to manage large-scale, complex projects and guide project management methodologies. The role drives on-time delivery and stakeholder engagement, with Lean principles at the core of manufacturing improvements.

Requires Lean Black Belt certification and a Mechanical Engineering degree; on-site at the Easley factory, with a focus on coaching and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong guidance on project management methodologies and tools.
• Coaching and delegating work to junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and stakeholder engagement for large projects.
• Coach, review and delegate work to lower level professionals.
• Apply Lean principles to improve on-time delivery and lead times.
• Prepare and submit performance reports as required.
• Support manufacturing improvements through tooling and equipment design.
