Sulzer is seeking a Lead Project Expert to manage large-scale, complex projects and guide project management methodologies. The role drives on-time delivery and stakeholder engagement, with Lean principles at the core of manufacturing improvements.

Requires Lean Black Belt certification and a Mechanical Engineering degree; on-site at the Easley factory, with a focus on coaching and team development.

This role ensures successful project delivery through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.This job profile is intended for recognized subject matter experts in a job area. Required to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
