Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field with Lean experience.
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience supporting lean initiatives.
- Lean Green Belt Certification or higher; working knowledge of ISO 9001.
Responsibilities
- Apply lean manufacturing to achieve operational targets at plant level.
- Assist supervisors with action plans to meet company objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement projects delivering productivity gains.
- Support daily management systems with KPI visuals and meetings.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and work instructions.
