Prysmian is seeking a seasoned Lean Black Belt/CI Leader to own a site-wide transformation in a manufacturing setting. You will drive a Lean roadmap with the Site Director, prioritizing high-impact opportunities and sustaining gains.

Role emphasizes real, measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, embedding Lean into daily management and building future Lean leaders across the site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing with Kaizen/CI leadership.
• Strong ability to lead cost reduction and process-flow improvements.
• Evidence of influencing leaders and sustaining improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to strategy (Hoshin Kanri).
• Partner with Site Director to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Lead high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow and cost transformation.
• Drive measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery and growth.
• Embed Lean thinking into daily decisions and standard work.
• Develop future Lean leaders and sustainment structures.
