Job summary

Legrand is seeking an Assembly Production Supervisor for the Union, OH area. You will direct assembly personnel, implement Lean strategies, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across the division.

You will coordinate with manufacturing engineering and inventory teams to meet daily, monthly and annual targets. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience in manufacturing, plus strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supervisory/managment experience in manufacturing, or 5–7 years in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule materials and prioritize work to meet production goals.
• Manage headcount and leverage temporary staff to meet demand.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and Lean principles.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve workflow issues and improve output.
• Monitor and report production status and adherence to schedules.
• Oversee safety, training, and performance management of staff.
