Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking candidates for its Management Trainee (MIT) Program.

This office-based program accelerates careers by rotating through warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR to prepare you for leadership roles such as Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. Selected Trainees will relocate for training across two branches and receive mentorship from the Talent Management team, with a base pay of $25.50 per hour.

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
