SRS Distribution Inc. invites applications for its Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at our office-based branches.

This nine to twelve month program is designed to develop future leaders by exposing you to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR. You’ll gain hands-on experience and mentorship, with a clear pathway to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Exhibits strong leadership qualities and a dedicated work ethic.
• Proven history of success in roles requiring responsibility and accountability.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-versed in computer skills, with strong capabilities in strategic thinking, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to all facets of the business including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
• Relocation for training and promotions across two branches with ~50% time in each location.
• Support career progression toward Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
