Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to drive location performance, build leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. The role offers exposure to sales, fleet management, and operations in a dynamic environment.

The starting wage is $37,440 per year or $18.00 per hour, with ample opportunity to learn all aspects of our business and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with vehicle prep, lot management, and customer service tasks.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal closures.
• Leadership Development: shadow management and develop scheduling and coaching skills.
