Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12-18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

The starting wage for this position is $33,280 per year or $16.00 per hour, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience and contribute to the team’s success at Brownsburg, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control and assist with store operations.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with cleaning, lot management and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion, reporting and documentation.
