Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related retail experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service to drive sales.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and store operations.
• Lead by example, recruit teammates, and support the Store Manager and Leadership Team.
• Maintain POS procedures, cash handling, and guest check-out experience.
• Follow loss prevention and store policy to ensure a safe shopping environment.
