The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store management, drive sales, merchandising, and guest service. You will recruit teammates and develop leadership alongside the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

The role offers pay in the range of $18-$22 per hour with base plus commission for sales, and full-time benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales, merchandising and operational tasks as assigned by store management.
• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Lead by example with leadership actions and maintain high standards across the team.
• Recruit and train teammates to support store goals and customer experience.
• Support store management in achieving sales and guest service objectives.
