Starting pay is $37,440 per year ($18/hour). The role covers sales, fleet management, vehicle care, and administrative tasks while building leadership capability.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, learn CRM practices, and prepare for future management responsibilities through structured training and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication
• Must be 20+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals
• Operations & Fleet Management: Learn fleet logistics and inventory control
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Assist with keeping vehicles clean and ready for customers
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and reporting basics
