Job summary

Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. The starting wage is $33,280 per year ($16.00 per hour).

You will gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, fleet management, and finance while building leadership capabilities through structured training and shadowing managers.

Qualifications

• 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with cleaning, lot management and customer service support.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion.
