Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months.

The role offers progression in sales, customer service, fleet management, finance processes, and daily operations, with a starting wage of $41,600 per year or $20 per hour. Flexible scheduling and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
