Qualifications

• Reasoning and development: ability to deal with practical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Mathematical development: ability to score an Money Handling Skills Assessment without calculator.
• Language development: read product manuals and reports; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose, and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure customers leave satisfied with wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Operations Management: assist the General Manager in achieving location goals and maintaining Mike’s standards.
• Associate Development: complete orientation and training, ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: assist in maintenance and cleanliness of the location.
• Personal Development: participate in the structured management training program and continue learning.
• Complying with company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
