Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/OD/Business/Education or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced development roles.
• 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, organizational development, or talent management.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in a consultative capacity.
• Experience using learning management systems and talent management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement effective training platforms to improve performance.
• Create engaging content and enable managers through training.
• Facilitate training sessions and measure outcomes with ROI reports.
• Oversee Learning Management System accuracy, schedules, transcripts and uploads.
• Provide ongoing reports detailing training utilization and ROI to stakeholders.
